The Toronto series is one half of a body of work entitled Transitory Places. Transitory Places examines the act of
moving through two very different cities Mississauga and Toronto. This body of work investigates how city planning affects the way that we view our worlds and it affects who we are.
Morris Lum is a Mississauga based photographer/artist whose work explores the hybrid nature of the Chinese-Canadian communities in the Markham, Mississauga, Scarborough, Richmond Hill and Toronto area. Morris is currently represented by Atti Gallery in Toronto.
